Evidence & Property Room

  • All Evidence Return is by Appointment Only. Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • No Evidence will be released until approved by the Arresting Officer, his or her supervisor, or the Prosecutor's Office
  • Owners will be notified by phone and/or mail with a Notification Letter to the last known address in our system to pick up their items once a case is complete and all statutory requirements and timelines are met. Subjects will have 90/180 days from the date on the letter to claim their property as outlined in the Notification Letter. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Policy & Procedures
  • All Lost & Found items are held for 180 days and, if unclaimed, are disposed of in accordance with Policy & Procedures
  • All Firearm returns require a background check before return. This may take 3-5 days if complications arise
  • If you were the winning bid on an auction item, please call or email us as to make an appointment to pick up the item
