Inmate Visitation
Inmate visitation at the Grand Traverse County Jail is facilitated through video visitation technology provided by Combined Public Communication (CPC). Visitation is a privilege and may be denied, limited, suspended or terminated when visitation rules are not followed by public users or inmates.
Onsite Free Video Visitation - To ensure that inmates stay connected with friends and family with a no cost option, you may visit an inmate using our video visitation kiosks in our jail lobby. Free visits are limited to 30 minutes in duration once a week. Lobby visitation is permitted 8am - 4pm, Sunday - Saturday (excluding holidays).
Remote Video Visitation - This option allows you to connect with inmates from anywhere, using just a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Each visitor is allowed unlimited remote visitation at a rate of $0.20 per minute. Remote visitation sessions are limited to 20 minutes in duration and may be scheduled between 8am and 9pm Sunday - Saturday. Minimum purchase required and fees apply.
