General Medical Services: 

• Primary care
• Acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Physicals for sports, work, or camp (MHSAA Sports Physical Form)
• Immunizations
• Testing for rapid strep, COVID-19, and lab orders 
• HIV testing and counseling
• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) testing and treatment
• Pregnancy testing
• Pap test and pelvic exam

Mental Health Services May Include:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Suicidal ideations
• Stress management 
• Family issues, relationships, and friendships
• Peer pressure and bullying 

All services are charged on a sliding scale based on your income. We accept all insurance, including Medicaid. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Please note that appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
