Clinical Health
The Grand Traverse County Health Department holds clinics by appointment for a variety of services including immunizations, flu vaccinations, reproductive health (for men and women - including education, counseling, birth control, annual gynecological exams and pregnancy testing).

Community Connections
Community Connections is a free program that provides assistance connecting resources to adults, children, and families. Services are provided with supportive phone calls, office visits, and home visits by a community health worker, nurse, and/or social worker.
