Hauler License Requirements

Per section 2.1 of Grand Traverse County Ordinance #10 (PDF), "No person shall engage in the business of collecting, transporting, delivery, or disposing of solid waste, yard waste, or recyclable materials generated by another person with Grand Traverse County without first obtaining a hauler license." Failure to comply with this ordinance may result in a $500.00 fine.

Quarterly Report Forms

Quarterly reports are due on the 15th day of January, April, July and October.
