The 13th Circuit Court Administrator's Office serves as the chief executive officer for the Court and oversees the operations of the Friend of the Court and Family Divisions. In addition, the Court Administrator acts as the liaison to local and state government offices, their departments, and other court offices. The purpose of this office is to serve the public by providing a fair, expeditious and impartial forum for the resolution of civil and criminal matters through the rule of law. This office schedules hearings for the judges and referees.
The County Clerk is the clerk for the 13th Circuit Court. The court section of the Clerk's Office maintains the court files, accepts payments, accepts/rejects court filings, indexes and other records of the court and permits access to these records in accordance with the law.
