Please note: Online payments are one-time transactions only. We are not able to set up automatic recurring payments.
Service Fee Notice
A service fee is automatically added to all online payments by GovPros. This fee is set by the payment processor and is not collected by the Commission on Aging.
Your total payment will include both your payment amount and the service fee.
How to Make an Online Payment
Click the Online Payments link to access the secure payment page.
Under Payment Item 1, complete the following:
Description of Service (Required)
Please enter the client’s full name and invoice number.
Example:
Jane Smith – Invoice #12345
Payment Notes (Optional)
Use this space for any additional information, such as:
Amount
Enter the total payment amount.
Complete the Billing Details section with your name, phone number, and billing address.
Enter your credit or debit card information, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code.
Review your payment amount, service fee, and total payment.
Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Accept & Pay to submit your payment.
Payments are not considered complete until approved by both the Commission on Aging and your card’s issuing bank.
