Please do not send cash through the mail, for your own protection.
To make it easier for our clients, we contract with Official Payments to accept credit card, debit card and e-check payments online.  Please note that we cannot process automatic payment of your bill from your account, this is a one time only transaction.

There is a fee associated with online payments. Please click on the picture to the left for the schedule of fee's related to online payments.  If you wish to pay via electronic check (EFT transfer), the charge is a flat rate of $2.50 per payment.


Commission on Aging - Online Payments
If you are making a payment (especially if you are doing so for someone else), please fully read the instructions below.
To make your payment online, please click on the underlined Online Payments, where you will be taken to the on-line payment screens.  Please follow the instructions to fill in your personal and payment information.  Enter the payment information with a decimal point, but do not use a dollar sign or a comma.

If you are making a payment for a client from your bank account or credit card, please put:
  • The COA client's name on the first screen
  • Your information on the credit card information screen.
    • If the payment is for your account, the checked box at the bottom of the first screen will automatically input the information you previously entered.
    • If the payment is for someone else, uncheck the box at the bottom of the first screen (copy my contact information to the billing and credit card/bank account information page.)  This will allow you to fill in your credit card/bank account information.
    • If you are making a donation with a credit card, please spell that out in the comments.  
It is possible that you may need to turn off the pop-up blockers on your computer prior to making payments.
