Services
All Services offered by the Grand Traverse County Clerk are available for in person services. We are in the process of enhancing remote services and these might be available for your needs.
Records
The Vital Records Office maintains the records of birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses, assumed names, co-partnerships, and military discharge papers.
Licenses & Permits
The Vital Records Office processes Concealed Pistol Licenses, Notary Bonds, and Veteran's Peddler Permits.
Elections
The Vital Records/Elections Office of the County Clerk administers all elections in Grand Traverse County.
Identification Card Photography Services
When available, passport quality photographs are done from the Vital Records Office at a cost of $10 per photo set.
