Hiking/Snowshoeing
Explore local trails year-round while staying active and enjoying Northern Michigan’s natural beauty. These outings are a great way to build endurance and enjoy fresh air together.
Hikes are on Thursdays. Hikers should be ready to leave the trailhead promptly at 1 p.m. Animals are not permitted on hikes unless they are a service dog and/or emotional support animal.
If raining, or heavy snow that morning, there is a chance the hike will be canceled for safety even if it has stopped. Rain and snow can make the trails slippery or muddy. We will call the registered participants if the hike is canceled by 9:00 a.m. Hikes vary in length and might cover sidewalks, river walks, or dirt paths.
Pickleball
Fast-paced and fun, pickleball is easy to learn and great for balance, agility and social connection. Open play welcomes beginners and experienced players alike.
