GetSetUp - Online Classes Taught By Seniors For Seniors.

We are thrilled to launch the GetSetup initiative in partnership with the State of Michigan.  Go to getsetup.io/partner/michigan – the landing page exclusively for Michigan residents to sign up for classes at no cost. The Grand Traverse County Senior Center Network is working with Traverse Area Community Media to offer free virtual programming.  If you are a Spectrum Charter customer tune in to CommunityTV Channel 189 at the scheduled times listed below, or you can access the programming anytime by clicking on the links below.

Join exercise and yoga instructors, Karen Belanger, Jeana Seidelman and Naomi Call, for free virtual exercise and yoga classes. If you would like to "sign out" an exercise ball, stick, band, block, strap and weights, please call the senior center at 231-922-4911, to schedule an appointment for pick-up.
