Probation

13th Circuit Court

Juvenile Probation: Probation for youth 16 and under.
Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC): Parole/probation for adults convicted of felonies. Felonies are crimes punishable by more than 1 year of incarceration.

86th District Court

Community Corrections: Supervised setting of tether, residential or transitional housing and treatment for adult offenders.
Probation Department: Probation for criminal misdemeanor cases, age 17 and over. Misdemeanors are crimes punishable by 1 year or less of incarceration.
